Summary
This weekend's Hunters are a woman from Jersey and a man from Manhattan who decided to move in together. Due to the requirements of their respective jobs, they decided to look for an apartment to rent in Hoboken, hoping for a dog-friendly one-bedroom with a parking spot and a washer-dryer. After jumping around Hoboken and Jersey City, they eventually decided to check out Estuary—a newly built condo complex just off the Lincoln Tunnel and overlooking the Hudson River. The building has a pool, an outdoor "barbecue lounge," a dog run, and a golf simulator, plus everything else they wanted. They decided to rent a one-bedroom for $2,310/month.
