A new boutique Bed-Stuy building on the border of Clinton Hill is now selling from $995,000. The Verve Condominium, at 170 Putnam Avenue, is a four-story, three-condo development comprised of one duplex garden apartment and two triplex apartments with roof access. According to BBH, the two triplexes measure 1,111- and 1,168-square-feet, with the garden apartment coming in around 2,000-square-feet and asking $1.15 million. If the building's oppressively grey interiors look familiar, that's because they're nearly identical to developer Urban View's previously released, less pricey project at 246 Quincy Street. Like its sister site, condos in The Verve all have two bedrooms, and feature wide oak plank flooring and stainless steel appliances. The two triplexes feature double-height living areas.
