Comment Of The Day

"Buyers with $22mm to spend don't want to live in a rowhouse. The facades should have been varied but related to form a cohesive whole. The floor plans are pretty bad. Great townhouses have at least one floor where the expanse of the entire level (front-to-back and preferably also side-to-side) can be experienced. There is not one room larger than a room that can be found in a $6 mm apt. The sum of a lot of ordinary-sized rooms does not add up to a grand residence."—Shaden Freud [First Look at Tamarkin's $21M Sullivan Street Townhouses]
