New details have been revealed for SL Green's enormous planned tower One Vanderbilt. Most significantly, illustrations show that the tower will rise to 1,350 feet at its roof and 1,450 feet at its peak, making it New York City's second tallest tower behind One World Trade Center. (Thanks, reborn Midtown East Rezoning!) The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed tower will be primarily office space, with 1.079 million square feet of office space as well as 246,000 square feet of trading floors, 53,000 square feet of retail, 27,000 square feet of restaurants, and 55,000 square feet of rooftop amenities, including an observation deck.
