It's more par for the course these days in Soho to see the rise of amenity-laden condo buildings rather than the construction of new single-family brownstones, but the Cary Tamarkin-designed compound at 10 and 20 Sullivan Street is bringing both to the upscale neighb'. Just last week, first floorplans were revealed for Tamarkin's Flatiron Building-esque, 16-story creation 10 Sullivan, and now, not only have the four townhouses being developed alongside the rising condo, also by Madison Equities and Property Markets Group, revealed themselves, they're also up for grabs. The four, four-story townhouses with an additional English basement and rooftop are each asking $20.795 million, a mere slice of the condo building's $45 million triplex penthouse with pool. But a pool isn't too far-fetched a dream for townhouse prospectives: alternate floorplans for the homes' first floors show just how easily a pool could fit into the basement flex space. The townhouses come with a full top floor master suite, a rear garden, a dumb waiter to connect the first floor kitchen to the second floor dining room, and an elevator. The four new additions to the neighborhood will be complete in spring of 2015.
