Helen Hunt Sells Boring Upper West Side Co-op for $2.6M

New, 2 comments

After owning a 2,000-square-foot Upper West Side co-op for eight years, actress Helen Hunt—of As Good As It Gets, What Women Want, and more—recently sold the three-bedroom pad for a measly $155,000 profit. According to public records and the Daily News, she paid $2.425 million for the place, located at 320 West 86th Street, at the height of the market in 2006, and she just unloaded it for $2.58 million. The brokerbabble says she renovated and upgraded the unit, but it wasn't enough to warrant a bigger pay day (the rather blah look of the place probably didn't help either). It was originally listed in 2011 for $2.75 million before being taken off the market and returning last September for the same price. The price was cut to $2.695 million in December.
