This 18-unit boutique condominium in Gramercy hasn't gotten much attention so far, but now that five of the units have come on the market it's probably about time to take a look. The building was developed by a company known only as 160 Realty Development LLC, who bought the site in 2007 for $5.3 million. From there, they hired architect Michael Kang — known around these parts for being generally up to no good — to design the 11-story building, where floors two through nine have two apartments each and floors 11 and 12 each house a full-floor penthouse. Neither of the penthouses has come on the market yet, and all five of the active listings are for similarly priced one-bedrooms. Amenities include a roof deck, virtual doorman, elevator, and in-unit washer/dryers. As a side note, we're big fans of those alcohol balconies above the kitchen islands.
