When a headline reads "NYC Real Estate Has Gotten So Hot That Stockbrokers, Hipsters, And Yuppies Are Invading The Far Reaches Of Brooklyn," you just have to groan. The piece itself actually includes some interesting factoids about neighborhood residents (both old-timers and newcomers) and trendy shops, as well as rising rents and apartment sale prices.
