High Line Development Watch

New, 1 comment

A development site near the High Line on West 20th Street is now on the market for $27 million. Owner Alf Naman seeks to doff the petite Anton Kern Gallery, located between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, which as of right can house a residential or mixed-use building of up to 27,500 square feet. If Naman gets the price he is asking, it would mark a record $982 per buildable square foot. As per usual, the formerly industrial area around the High Line continues to serve as a (mappable) real estate orgy. [TRD; previously]
