Preview the High Line's Last Phase; An Upper West Side Reno

WEST CHELSEA/MIDTOWN WEST—A tipster sends along photos of the High Line's third and final phase, commenting that it shows "the planting and putting a protective coat on the cement (note the full white haz-mat gear)..polyurethane?" The last phase of the wildly popular touristed elevated park, which is slated to open this fall, will wind around the megaproject-to-be Hudson Yards, curving west at 30th Street and Tenth Avenue and then making another 90-degree turn to the north at Twelfth Avenue.
