New Age guru Deepak Chopra recently made a splash when he (along with Leo DiCaprio) dropped a ton of money in Greenwich Village's Delos, a boutique residential building branding itself as a "pioneer" in so-called "wellness real estate" (also a pioneer in preying on the irrational fears of the neurotic and paranoid).
Now, after two years on the market, superbroker Dolly Lenz has finally sold his Midtown apartment. Located on the 69th floor of The Park Imperial, Chopra was able to net $3.5 million for the two-bedroom unit, which he bought back in 2003 for $1.75 million. A few years ago, he also showed it off on the tastefully named CNBC show Secret Lives of the Super Rich: Mega Homes.
