Charming, Detailed Upper West Side Co-op Sells For $4.8M

New, 1 comment

The former Upper West Side co-op of Seagram heir Charles Bronfman's ex-wife has sold for $4.8 million, the same price Bonita Roche paid for the pad in December 2012. The charming three-bedroom duplex at 27 West 67th Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West features tons of wood accents, two wood-burning fireplaces, large stained glass windows, and a landscaped roof deck. The pad was picked up by artist Abby Leigh, widow of Tony-winning "Man of La Mancha" composer Mitch Leigh, The Real Deal reports. Roche listed the co-op for $4.95 million in late March.
