Crown Heights' Sterling Pl. Apts On the Market From $1,999

New, 15 comments

The first listings of Crown Heights' formerly stalled 500 Sterling Place are live. Eight of the building's 77 apartments have appeared on the market, where units range from a $1,999 studio to a $4,330 two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom dual-terraced duplex. The rather imposing building between Washington and Classon avenues was designed by—surprise—Nataliya Donskoy's ND Architecture and developed by Adam America. 'Stoner says amenities include a part-time doorman, gym, roof deck with something called a "misting wall," projection screen and barbecues, bike storage, and private parking. UPDATE: First glimpses inside the building have been revealed with new model unit shots, below.
