The first listings of Crown Heights' formerly stalled 500 Sterling Place are live. Eight of the building's 77 apartments have appeared on the market, where units range from a $1,999 studio to a $4,330 two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom dual-terraced duplex. The rather imposing building between Washington and Classon avenues was designed bysurpriseNataliya Donskoy's ND Architecture and developed by Adam America. 'Stoner says amenities include a part-time doorman, gym, roof deck with something called a "misting wall," projection screen and barbecues, bike storage, and private parking.
