$25 Million Duplex, Five Other Units Listed in 10 Sullivan

New, 13 comments

It's full speed ahead at the Cary Tamarkin-designed 10 Sullivan, the massively out of scale triangular condo tower replacing a car wash in Soho, as, just over a year after the project was announced, its first six units have hit the market. The smallest, a 1,210-square-foot 2BR/2BA is going for $2.965 million, while the largest, a 5,256-square-foot 5BR/5BA duplex, is asking an even $25 million, or $4,756 per square foot. According to the listing, it sits directly below the triplex penthouse with the indoor pool that will eventually be listed for $45 million, and includes double-heights ceilings, a gas fireplace, and two balconies.

The listings also give us all a first look at a living room rendering, in addition to the kitchen and bathroom renderings we've already seen. All the rooms look very spacious, as the 16-story building will have only 19 residences, plus four adjacent townhouses.
