Another new apartment building is coming to Long Island City. Permits have been filed for a 10-story, 85-unit building at 37-14 36th Street, just off of Northern Boulevard. Michael Cohen of Jans Realty is the developer, and the architect of record is Montroy Andersen DeMarco. The property is currently home to an car dealership, which, unlike many auto-servicing sites, will not be replaced, but instead it will be given space in the new building. [YIMBY; previously]
