Brooklyn's Tallest Tower, 388 Bridge, Quietly Launches Sales

New, 10 comments

We somehow missed this but Brooklyn's new tallest tower, 388 Bridge Street, launched sales 16 days ago, and already 44 of the building's 104 regular condo units have accepted offers, contracts out, or executed contracts, according to a press release. And based on all that action, developers the Stahl Organization, who know a hot market when they see one, have decided to release the building's Penthouse Condominium Collection (40 "penthouse residences" located on floors 45 through 53 — really just a second wave of larger units) onto the market as well. The prices for those will range from $1 million to $6 million, per the press release, while remaining non-penthouse units cost between $700,000 and $1.6 million. All condos come with access to the 46th-floor Sky Lounge, a privilege that will presumably not be extended to the inhabitants of 388 Bridge's 234 rental apartments, 13 of which currently have active listings.
