Television mogul and curmudgeon Simon Cowell has purchased a home for his new family at 151 East 78th Street. While it isn't known exactly which unit Cowell purchased in the Peter Pennoyer building, The Post speculates that the new dad picked up the $10.85 million three-bedroom Penthouse B. The 3,381-square-foot apartment features an "an intricate, hand-laid African St. Laurent and white polished marble slab marble floor" (obviously baby-proof), custom-designed hardware, and four exposures.
