The Upper West Side house at 69 West 83rd Street that once belong to "dental death doctor" Richard Kaul sold last year, and now the brokers involved with the sale are tangled in a legal battle. Gordon Sokich of Luxor Homes & Investment Realty has sued Town Residential, arguing that the brokerage interfered with Luxor's right to sell the house.
