Harlem Bespoke received plans for either a 127-unit condo or a 184-unit rental building, with over 200,000 square feet of residential space and a decent percentage of affordable units. Moreover, they've already gone through the tzimmes of procuring permits and contracting a designer, so basically all you need do is throw your money at them.
