HELL'S KITCHEN—The 110-condo development 540West on 49th Street is now 50-percent sold. The site developed by Fortis Property Group and Wonder Works Construction is comprised of two interconnected towers designed by Perkins Eastman affiliate S9. Residences range in size from 501 to 1,625 square feet, and include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and duplex units, and are priced between $725,000 and $3.575 million. CROWN HEIGHTS—1000 Dean Street is now officially complete following this morning's ribbon cutting ceremony. Developed by BFC Partners, Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group and Jonathan Butler, the former Studebaker service station was renovated and repurposed into a 150,000-square-foot complex for small business owners.
