A couple is suing the estate of late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, claiming that a flood from his West Village penthouse led to $87,000 worth of damages in their eighth floor condo. UPDATE: The building is 1 Sheridan Square. It wasn't even Hoffman's primary home, but he used it as an office and space for guests in 2011 when the leaks occurred. His primary digs on Bethune Street were snatched up by a morbid eager renter soon after they were put on the market earlier this year. [NYDN/NYP; previously]
