Uh-oh. City-approved plans to build a $345 million ice rink and skating center at the Bronx's Kingsbridge Armory have frozen. Err, they're on thin ice. They're stalled, that's what they are. Why? DNAinfo reports that the owners have had a falling out, and the city's Economic Development Corporation has postponed signing a lease with the developer because of the fractured company. The armory has gone through various trials at redevelopment for the past decade, so it seems that success is, um, slippery. [DNA; previously]
