Sales of the much-anticipated condos crowning Robert A.M. Stern Architects' 30 Park Place have launched from $4.2 million. Just 11 of the 157 homes that will sit above the 189-room Four Seasons Hotel are on the market, ranging in price from the $4.305 million 2BR, 2.5BA 54C, to the $27.5 million 5BR, 6.5BA duplex penthouse 78B. A press release for the launch states that forthcoming apartments will range in price from $2.6 million to a whopping $60 million, with layouts of one- to six-bedrooms sized between 1,000- and 6,000-square-feet. When complete in 2016, the 82-story 30 Park Place will be downtown's tallest residential tower at 926 feet. The sales launch, of course, comes with an exciting bundle of new floorplans.
