Following in the footsteps of Bushwick's former Rheingold Brewery site, where developers are planning up to ten residential buildings and 1,000 apartments, an across-the-street lot at 95 Evergreen Avenue will also likely be acquired for residential development. Princeton Holdings are in-talks to buy the zoned manufacturing site for $34 million.
