260 North 9th Street, henceforth known as 260N9, is gearing up to launch sales on July 24 but there are already five listings online, with prices ranging from $795,000 to $1,975,000.
Construction on the boxy, 7-story, 20-unit building began in 2009. It was originally being designed by Nataliya Donskoy but the project was at some point taken over (probably mercifully) by Alexander Zhitnik of Z Architecture, with Tatyana Gartner of Tatyana Design designing the interiors. The building is a mix of one- two- and three-bedroom units, although none of the listings for three-bedrooms are live yet. The press release from aptsandlofts, who are handling the sales and marketing, boasts of "Solid white oak hardwood floors, oversized windows and the added bonus of a private balcony, terrace or patio in each unit," as well as "exposed steel columns and beams." Building amenities include a common roof deck, gym, and parking spaces, which are for sale individually.
