There isn't all that much to say about this studio apartment (which could easily become a one-bedroom, with the addition of a wall) except that the terrace is really nice and, in the immortal words of Liz Lemon, we "want to go to there." Not only does it feature sweeping Hudson River views and a cute little brick arch with a circular window thingie, but it is also fully irrigated. The terrace also about as large as the apartment itself, which, to its credit, includes a wood-burning fireplace and a bunch of terrace-facing windows. It's asking $1.399 million, after last selling in 1996 for $235,000.
