Marcel Telles, part owner of Anheuser-Busch InBev, will be drying his World Cup tears out of sight in the comfort of his new $31 million 15 Central Park West pad. NYDN reports that Telles snagged the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom digs from Tyler Ellis, daughter of fashion mogul Perry Ellis, who listed the apartment for nearly three times what she purchased it for in 2008. The 3,105-square-foot apartment on the 33rd floor has eastern, western, and southern views and comes with a working fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, and of course, the bragging rights that come along with calling the star-studded, scandalous piece of Limestone Jesus real estate home.
