Three DoBro Buildings To Make Way For 28-Story Tower

New, 2 comments

The wrecking ball cometh for 8-16 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn. A few specifics have changed since the tower being developed by Bushburg Properties was revealed: Brownstoner reports that the building will be 28-stories tall, have 149 market rate apartments plus some affordable, and 6,440-square-feet of ground floor retail. Stephen B Jacobs Group designed the very flat, rather large building that will rise on the site. Bushburg snatched up the properties between Fulton and Livingston streets in September 2013 for $16.7 million.
