Developer Adam America continues to gobble up sites in Brooklyn on which to construct apartment buildings, and the latest is a vacant laundromat at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Nevins Street. The Boerum Hill structure, which cost $18 million, will get torn down, obviously, because $373 per buildable square foot is the most "ever paid for a large development site of this size in Brooklyn."
