Oh, what awell, not one, but many happy nights Four Seasons vocalist, keyboard player, and songwriter Bob Gaudio must have spent in his 15-floor San Remo apartment. The Jersey Boy and his wife Judy, who actually co-wrote the catchy ditty "December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night)" as well as "Who Loves You," just put their Upper West Side two-bedroom, two-bath on the market for $5.95 million. After buying the place for $3.65 million back in 2007, the couple tapped a guy with an appropriate Italian name, Frank DelleDonne, to do some interior design work. Only a slight view of Central Park comes with this apartment, but maybe you could convince Gaudio, who also wrote the Four Seasons' first hit, "Sherry," as well as a plethora of others, to leave some of the Grammys behind? With the Jersey Boys movie just out, the Gaudios' timing couldn't be better, though they're asking 50 percent of the sale price as a down payment, which seems a bit much.
