Nate Ruess of pop band Fun., responsible for such radio anthems as We Are Young and Carry On, has picked up a new Noho pad. The frontman snagged a $2.55 million two-bedroom apartment at 710 Broadway, reports NYDN. The co-op between West 4th Street and Washington Place puts the desirable young gun before the many ogling eyes of students at neighboring NYU, and in the company of some pretty serious barrel-vaulted ceilings, plentiful built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace.
