Just last week, it was reported that Meadow Partners is planning a 13-story residential building at 42-14 Crescent Street in Long Island City, just south of the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, and now we know a little more about it, including what it will look like. New York YIMBY got a rendering of the John Fotiadis-designed building with a brick facade and metal accents and reports that the 48 rental units will be studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms.

Also of interest is the fact that LIC is the only outer borough neighborhood that doesn't require parking to be included with large residential construction. The plan for the building adheres to that by not including a single spot. Construction is expected to begin this fall and be complete by the end of next year.
