What/Where: 2BR/3BA duplex condo (with a not-technically-legal third bedroom) on the western edge of Park Slope
Square Footage: 1,980
Common Charges: $802 (tax abatement expires in 2031)

This spacious first-floor duplex doesn't come with a floorplan, which makes the apartment a little bit difficult to piece together. However, the flooring provides all the clues you need — the wood-floored upper level includes the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, while the tiled-floor lower level features another living room, and two more bedrooms (the location of the third bathroom is unclear). Amazingly, one of the bedrooms, which is windowless and not a legal bedroom, is not included in the overall bedroom count, as the apartment is listed as a 2BR/3BA. There's also a pretty good imitation of a suburban backyard (shared) with a swing set and fence, and the apartment has central air.
