Developer Orange Management filed plans to plop a new condo building on a parking lot at 502 Waverly Avenue on the corner of Fulton Street in Clinton Hill. New York YIMBY spotted the Department of Buildings application and a sketch/rendering on the developer's website. Orange's website says the building will have 55 units and the image shows part of the building to rise eight stories, but the DOB filings indicate a seven-story, 49-unit building. The architect of record is Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, and the building should be complete by 2016. The image doesn't reveal much, but the building will have a curved facade, and, obviously, have a lot of glass.
