Commuters and travels will have at least one thing to kind of look forward to when traveling through Port Authority Bus Terminal: the organization of the same name has approved $90 million in improvements to the universally hated Midtown hub. The 10th circle of Hell terminal's upgrades will be largely cosmetic, with fixes being made to improve cell phone service, patch leaky ceilings, maintain cleaner restrooms, and create more legible signs. More structural changes (like a new terminal altogether) will likely not be seen for at least another decade. [NYT; previously]
