MANHATTANThe data gurus at CityRealty released their latest quarterly report that looks at the top 100 condo buildings in New York City and found that 15 Central Park West is the most expensive building in the city. The Limestone Jesus, where units are selling for an average of $6,288 per-square-foot, has retained the top spot for a full year. It helps that the building saw the biggest sale of the second quarter: that $48M duplex. The Time Warner Center and Residences at the Mandarin Oriental came in second and third, while Millennium Tower saw a 16.4 percent jump in prices, making it the fourth priciest building.
