Harlem residents are fed up with vacant lots along 125th Street, but one lot will be vacant no longer. A Whole Foods supermarket will finally be constructed at 100 West 125th Street on the corner of Lenox Avenue; the retailer confirmed the store back in October 2012. Developer Wharton Properties obtained a $95 million construction loan to build the project, which also includes American Eagle, Olive Garden, TD Bank and Burlington Coat Factory. [CO; previously]
