Empire Capital Holdings and EMP Capital Group are now the official owners of the once beleaguered 42 Ann Street. The developers went into contract on the building in June, but they'd been renovating the seven floor-through units prior to that. Now that the sale of the building has closed, condo sales can launch, with prices starting at $3.495 million. The 3,500-square-foot penthouse will ask around $5.5 million. [CO; previously]
