How Much for a Renovated, Lofted Studio Near Union Square?

New, 29 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A lofted studio in the East Village
Square Footage: 340-ish, based on an estimation from the floorplan
Common Charges: $712

This co-op is an odd bird, that's for sure. It's petite, of course, but the location near Union Square is pretty prime. The kitchen appliances are from top brand names like Miele, with a dishwasher to boot, and the lofted space with the bedroom and office apparently has higher ceilings than many other lofts. (Though it's admittedly hard to confirm that from the photos or the floorplan.) The brokerbabble crows that it has more closets (eight—although we only count four) than most one-bedrooms. It's on the second floor of an elevator building. How much do you think the seller is asking?
