While its rather illegal for brokers to aim towards obtaining certain tenants for a building, interior designers have liberties in imagining occupants of model spaces. Meg Sharpe, who worked on Aby Rosen's condo building at 300 East 64th Street, chose to design for the "glamorous single mom" and debonair bachelor.
