Small apartments always incite the biggest debates, and this week's CornerSpotter property is no exception. The tiny lofted studio with new appliances and lots of closets is on Fourth Avenue and East 12th Street, so while it's technically in the East Village, it's very close to its western borderand the price reflects that. Guesses (including those from Facebook) ranged widely, from $400,000 to a very hefty $1.75 million. The actual ask: $625,000. Thoughts?
