The Turtle Bay townhouse at 241 East 52nd Street that R&B artist Babyface once called home has sold for $5 millionto someone with a much more boring profession. The Post reports that MetLife executive Ricardo A. Anzaldua bought the house, which Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds owned from 1998 to 2004. It hit the market in February for $5.25 million. The last owner pretty much stripped the place of any R&B-ish decor (or maybe Babyface had very classic taste), though it is still fully wired with a through-wall sound system. New owner Anzaldua plans to use the house's former recording studio as a wine cellar.
