After last week's premature listing snafu, Time Equities has announced that Helmut Jahn's much-anticipated tower 50 West is officially on the market. Time is also reporting that 30-percent of the building's 191 apartments have been sold in the company's initial one-month "quiet period," during which apartments were opened to the development's buyer waiting list. Remaining homes start at the anticipated $1.615 million for a one-bedroom and range to the $18.93 million for the three-bedroom penthouse. With the building's official sales launch and pricing information out in the world (for real this time, although links to Time Equities' listings are still dead), it might be a while until 50 West rears its head again.
