247 Central Park West, the 6-story 1887 mansion that was once owned by Walt Disney's niece and has been lingering on the market for more than a year thanks to some rather ambitious pricing and a — frankly — pretty unappealing renovation, has re-resurfaced (again) as a $65,000/month rental. The house has had its price cut twice since Ukranian businessman Igor Iankovsky bought it for a heavily discounted $22.4 million in mid-2013, almost immediately changed his mind, and relisted it for an absurd $37 million. Iankovsky also tried listing it as a $110,000/month rental, which, considering the current price, was probably not very successful. The mansion's asking price has been holding steady at $29.95 million since February, and the new rental price appeared three weeks ago. Shockingly, there have been no takers.
