The price is ridiculous. Sure, it's big and modern but the foreign buyers want the trophy buildings like One57, 432 Park Avenue, Walker Tower and 56 Leonard etc. I'm curious to know why the brokers decided to increase the price by $3 million? Yes, $48 million is less than the $118.5 million listing, but the chances of that listing actually selling for anything near ask is close to zero. Like Jon Bon Jovi's languishing penthouse in SoHo, this will also sit unsold for a long time.—Views4Days [Tribeca's Sky Lofts Penthouse Returns, Bumps Ask to $48M]
