ASH NYC's Bushwick Development Will Look Like This

New, 9 comments

Developing wunderkind Ari Heckman's and Jonathan Minkoff's company ASH NYC is building this 70,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 330 Himrod Street in Bushwick, converting the former Dannenhoffer's Opalescent Glassworks factory, whose name the building still bears. Heckman and co. will spruce up that lettering, renderings show, and flank the brick building with four stories of mostly glass on one side, and five stories on the other. The building will feature, apparently, a planted roof. There will be commercial space on the ground floor and 80 apartments above.
