10 Bond Gets Terra Cotta; Moinan Secures Additional Funding

NOHO—Annabelle Selldorf's addition to the starchitect row of Bond Street is finally seeing its anticipated terra cotta facade. One of 10 Bond's concave terra cotta panels is now poised on Lafayette Street near the building's entrance (the windows are in, too). Amazingly, it looks like the building is on-track for its early 2015 completion. [CurbedWire inbox; previously]

MIDTOWN WEST—The Moinian Group has secured $539 million of additional funding to complete its 60-story tower at the corner of West 42nd Street and Eleventh Avenue. The loan is comprised of funds from the Bank of China and Ullico. SL Green will also contribute to the 1.16 million square-foot project. Formerly known as Atelier 2 after Moinian's neighboring tower, the building at 605 West 42nd Street will be home to 235 permanently affordable apartments and 939 market-rate apartments.
