Jamaica Estates Mansion Has Marble Columns in the Bathroom

New, 13 comments

Our weekly feature, Monday Mansion, examines the most interesting mega homes on the market in the far reaches of New York. Have a listing in mind that we're missing? Tell us about it. To the outer boroughs we go!

This garish Jamaica Estates mansion, alternately known as a "Magnificent European Villa," was custom built (shocker) in 2012, and is now on the market for $3.488 million. It's got everything you could want from a Monday Mansion — an insanely large entrance flanked by statues, iron gates, a cavernous marble-floored foyer, coffered ceilings, Venetian plaster walls, inlaid floors, marble columns in one of the bathrooms, and the list goes on. We, too, could go on, but this is one where you should really just be looking at the pictures already.
