Williamsburg's Rocket Factory Lofts at 100 South 4th Street between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue has been acquired by Meadow Partners following the untimely death of former building owner Menacham Stark. Meadow Partners, who TRD reports plans to pay $52 million for the building, intends to renovate its kitchens and bathrooms, update the lobby and install a common roof deck, says Brownstoner. The building consists of 75 studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Renovated units will be brokered by aptsandlofts. While no new pricing has been announced, Brownstoner points out that current offerings in the building range from $3,500 to $4,800.
