The longtime home of Brooklyn Heights Cinema at 70 Henry Street is in contract to be sold, forcing the 44-year-old institution to forfeit its two-screen space. The neighborhood establishment is, somewhat ironically, moving to the next frontier of Dumbo, a neighborhood cinema owner Kenn Lowy speculates will be able to sustain the small, artsy theater.
